Who is responsible
This website and this notice are published by EmKeTech (“we”). You can reach us through the contact form on this website.
What this notice covers
This notice covers the EmKeTech website, including its contact form. The EmKeTech products run at their own addresses (for example, pdfmate.emketech.com) and are not covered by this notice.
What this website does not do
- It does not use analytics or advertising.
- Pages served from this website’s own origin do not set cookies.
- Pages served from this website’s own origin do not store anything in your browser.
- It does not offer accounts or sign-in.
The statements about cookies and browser storage above cover this website’s own origin only. They do not cover the Cloudflare Turnstile security check on the contact form, which runs in a frame served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare’s own privacy documentation describes how Turnstile handles information.
When you visit
This website is hosted by Vercel. Like any website host, Vercel receives technical information needed to deliver pages and keep the site secure, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.
When you write to us
If you send us a message through a form, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and use them to reply to you.
The contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, it is processed in memory and emailed to EmKeTech through Resend, our email delivery provider. The email contains the form you used, the topic you chose, your name, your email address and your message, and a reply goes to your email address. It is not kept in a website database, and the website does not store it anywhere else. Resend may retain the email, and EmKeTech’s mailbox keeps a copy. The form does not send you an automatic confirmation email.
To keep out automated abuse, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile runs in your browser, and Cloudflare receives technical information about your browser and device directly from it. Our server does not include your IP address when it checks the result with Cloudflare, but Cloudflare may still receive your IP address from your browser.
For each form request, our server writes one short technical line to the hosting log: which form was used, whether the message was accepted and, if not, a fixed reason. That line never includes your name, email address, message, IP address or security-check token.
Why we use it
We use this information to deliver the website, to protect it and its form from abuse, and to read and reply to your messages.
Who receives it
The providers involved are Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (the Turnstile security check), Resend (email delivery for the form) and the provider of EmKeTech’s mailbox.
